Have you answered the questions in our Season icon panels? Choosing the Season personality that fits you best is the beginning of The Season Experience.
In The Season Experience seminar, people discover what makes them “tick” and why we act the way we do. They also learn how our different personality traits work for or against us throughout our lives.
When people have the same behavior traits, it’s easy to relate and get along with each other. But when different personalities clash, people feel misunderstood and communication becomes difficult.
Researchers Myers-Briggs and psychologist Dr. David Keirsey have been educating the general public about inborn temperament personalities since the last century. Psychiatrists Sigmund Freud and Carl Jung also evaluated their patients’ needs based on their personality types.
This complex psychological subject is broken down into everyday language in The Season Experience seminar. In a humorous theatrical presentation, the four main personality types are introduced by actors who portray these personality differences in typical life situations. People laugh at themselves as they identify with the actors who behave the same way they do.
For easy reference, the four personality types are identified as seasons of the year: Winter, Spring, Summer, and Autumn. The Winter is logical and cool-headed, the Spring is an emotional peacemaker, the playful Summer struggles to be on time, and the traditional Autumn focuses on organization.
After the show, people are encouraged to accept different personalities without judgment and criticism. Acceptance allows them to see others through a new lens, respecting their inborn strengths and talents.
When the seminar is over, workbooks are provided for people to use at home. It’s important that they feel continuously supported and educated. The workbook exercises are designed to help them identify the Season traits of people in their lives and how to develop in-depth communication skills.
Everyone knows that changing habits takes time and practice. That’s why we also offer additional support with private consultations by phone or email.
